The entire Jeon Mansion was silent. The lights were off. The hallways were empty.
Outside, the cool night breeze gently brushed against the windows while the entire city slept peacefully. Well...Almost everyone. Because inside Jungkook's room, two sleep-deprived siblings were very much awake. Jimin and Jungkook were sitting on the floor, wrapped in blankets, endlessly scrolling through reels. Every few seconds one of them would burst into laughter and show the other something stupid. Their CUET-PG exam had gone really well, but the result was still pending.
Neither of them expected the result to come in the middle of the night.

Jimin slowly turned her laptop towards him. Her eyes were full of disbelief.

Jimin-: I'm AIR2.... With 296/300...

For a second Jungkook stopped breathing.

Jungkook-: hein.... schchi dikha....

He snatched the laptop. Checked once....
Then twice....Then thrice.

And suddenly-

He pulled Jimin into a huge hug. His eyes were shining with pride. He knew how hard she had worked. Countless mock tests. Sleepless nights. Revision schedules.
Doubt sessions with Suga. She had earned every bit of this success.

Suddenly Jungkook remembered someone.

Jimin handed him the phone.

Within seconds-Username entered....
Password entered.....Login successful....
Jimin blinked.... Once.... Twice.....
Then stared at him....

Jimin-: tujhe tae ka password and application no. Yaad hai??

Jungkook answered without even looking up.

Jungkook-: haa... Tae se related harr chhotti badi cheez mujhe pta hai...

Jimin smirked.

The simp behavior was reaching dangerous levels.

Jimin-: waah... Ab jldi dekh kya result hai...

The page loaded. Jungkook looked. Then froze. Then looked again. Then suddenly-

He jumped on the bed....

Jimin stared....."Yeh pgla toh nhi gya.... Naach kyu rha hai..."

Jimin-: kya hogya?? Btana kya hai result....

Jungkook continued dancing..... Literally dancing....

Jungkook-: (happy) she's AIR 1.... With 300/300 marks

For a second Jimin stared. Then screamed.
Then both siblings started jumping around like hyperactive toddlers.

Jimin-: yippie..... we did it....

The room turned into a celebration ground.....Pillows flew....Blankets fell....Both danced around the room....

Jungkook-: aap dono ne toh kamaal krdiya .... I'm so happy and proud of you.....

Jimin-: thank you

Then Jungkook suddenly grabbed his phone.

Jungkook-: chl yeh good news hmlog tae aur jiju ko dete hai....dono kitne khush honge na....

Jimin-: haa...

At that exact moment...

Tae was peacefully sleeping. Meanwhile Suga was also sleeping like a grumpy cat after a long day.

Then suddenly-

Jungkook's video call arrived. Tae groaned.
Accepted....Hair messy....Eyes half closed....

Tae-: {in sleepy voice} raat ke 2bje obviously apne room mei hoo.... So rhi hoo... Kyu??

Tae-: ohh acha....

Then suddenly her brain processed the information. She sat upright.

Jungkook-: yes love.... Check your result....

Tae-: wait...

She opened the result portal....Checked....
And screamed.... Then started dancing around the room.

Meanwhile the noise woke up Suga. The door opened. A sleepy grumpy professor entered.....Hair messy.... Expression annoyed.

Suga-: itni raat mei kya shor macha rkha hai tumne.... Sona nhi hai....??

Before he could react-

Tae ran and hugged him tightly.

Suga-: arey.... Kya krrhi ho.... Dur hatto...

On the video call, Jimkook burst out laughing.

Jimin-: oye bille... Kya jb dekho tum meri bestie ko daantte rhte ho... Ab khushi ka mauka hai toh bchchi khush toh hogi na...

suga-: kaun sa khushi ka mauka....?? Tumlog toh aise khush horhe ho jaise cuetpg ka abhi result nikla ho aur tumdono toppers ho...

Vminkook-: haa....

Silence.....Suga blinked....

Suga-: huhh....

Jungkook-: haa jiju.... Tae is AIR1 and scored 300/300.... While jimin is AIR2 and scored 296/300...

Suga froze. Then immediately grabbed the laptop.....Checked....Rechecked....Verified....

And finally-

The proudest smile appeared on his face.

The gate opened. Suga and Tae arrived.
Jimin and Jungkook were already waiting outside. The moment they met-Taekook hugged....Yoonmin hugged....Then all four joined together in a huge group hug.
Their happiness was overflowing.

Jungkook: now lets celebrate....

Jungkook smirked mysteriously.

He marched toward his room. Opened his cupboard. Everyone followed. And then-
The cupboard opened.....Shock....Horror....
Disbelief.... The entire cupboard was stuffed with snacks.....Chips....Kurkure....
Cookies....Nachos....Cold drinks....Muffins....
Toffees....Chocolate....And much more....
The entire bed became covered with food.
Tae and Suga stared. Jimin snapped instantly. She grabbed Jungkook's ear.

Jimin-: chor kahi ke ... Tabhi Mai sochu.... Mere sare snacks gayab kaise hojarhe hai.... Ab smjh aaya... Sb chori ka maal yha rkha hua tha... Issiliye tum hmei apna cupboard kholne nhi dete ho na.... Ki kahi tumhari chori na pkdi jaaye....

Jungkook-: aaaaahhh.... Piddi chhod.... Dard horha hai....

Jimin-: very good.... You deserve this....

Tae and Suga were laughing nonstop.

Suga-: arey.... Baby chhod do.... Bchcha hai...

Jimin-: yeh bchcha hai...?? Seriously... Mera sara snacks yha chhupa kr rkha tha...

Jungkook defended himself proudly.

Jungkook-: arey toh mai issiliye rkha tha taki tum yeh kha kr moti naa hojao.....

Jimin instantly melted....Heart touched....
Eyes soft....

Jimin-: how sweet.... Tumko mere health ki itni fikra hai...??

Jungkook giggled. Then shook his head.

Jungkook-: arey nhi.... Mujhe toh yeh darr hai ki tum already kitni chhotti ho... Fir agr moti hogyi.... Toh bilkul football lgogi.... Issiliye mai sare snacks apne pass rkhta tha....kyuki mujhe pta hai... Tum snacks ko ekbaar mei khtm krdogi....

Dead silence.

Then-

"JEON JUNGKOOKKKKKK!"

Jimin grabbed her slipper. Jungkook ran.
Tae and Suga collapsed laughing. The sibling ran around the room. Jimin chasing. Jungkook screaming. The other two enjoying the free entertainment.

Finally-

Suga-: enough guys.... Bs shant....

Everyone sat down. The mountain of snacks remained between them. Jungkook spread his arms dramatically.

Jungkook-: chlo toot pdo

And the attack began.

Thirty Minutes Later

Not a single snack survived....Not one.... The battlefield was destroyed....Wrappers everywhere....Empty bottles....Crumbs....
And four satisfied humans....

Jimin-: mzaa aagya

Jungkook-: mujhe lga nhi tha ki mere saal bhr ka khana minto mei khtm hojayega

Tae-: hmei khud nhi lga tha ki hmlog sb khaa jayenge

Jungkook pointed directly at Jimin.

Jungkook-: mujhe toh pta hi tha... Yeh insaan rupee bakasur hai.... 95% toh yeh akele hi khaa gyi.... Issiliye mai isse chhupakr rkha tha.... Mujje pta tha isko milega toh yeh pura kha jayegi....aur dekho khaa gyi....

Suga laughed so hard he nearly fell off the bed. Tae was crying from laughter.
Meanwhile Jimin looked ready to commit murder.

Jimin-: tumne mujhe bhukhad danav bola??

Jungkook shamelessly nodded....Yes.... Absolutely yes....No regrets....The chase almost started again. But thankfully everyone stopped her before another war broke out.

Tae-: jldi se room saaf krlete hai.... Vrna subah uncle aunty aayenge aur yeh kachra dekhenge.... Fir bhut gussa kreinge....

They nodded in yes.... Then all 4 cleaned the room together.... And within no time entire room was cleaned..... Then jimin dramatically fell on her bed...

Jimin-: Mai toh thak gyi....

Tae-: mai bhi....

all 4 went to sleep.... Earlier yoonkook slept together in kookie's room and taemin slept together in jimin's room.... But later.... Yoonkook went in jimin's room.... Then both slept with them.... Kookie slept cuddling tae while Suga slept cuddling jimin....
