Saturday.....
The morning felt unusually light.
There was a soft breeze, sunlight spilling gently through the windows of the Jeon mansion, and for once… everything felt peaceful.
Because today—
Tae and Jimin’s parents were finally coming back after one long month.
All 4 were at home.... And were excited.... Especially Taemin.... They got ready as they decided to go to the airport to pick their parents ( Mr & Mrs kim)....
Tae-: (excited kid) I'm ready.... Chlo di.... Jldi chlo....
Jimin-: (giggled) ha...Ha.... Chl rhe hai tae....
Tae-: arey toh chlo na.... Mom dad aajayenge.... Chlo jldi....(Holding her hand)
Jimin-: arey... Mera haath toh chhod... Mom dad ke aane mei abhi 2 ghnte hai....
Tae-: exactly di.... Sirf 2 ghnte baki hai.... Chlo na.... Agr traffic mei fass gye tb.... Mom dad ko wait thodi krayenge....
Jimin-: acha chal....
Tae-: di finally aaj 1 mahine baad hum dono mom dad se milenge.... I can't wait to see them.... Subah mom ne call kiya tha toh mom ne btaya voh mere liye bhut kuch laarhi hai.... ( telling like happy and excited kid)
Jimin-: kya... Teri aaj mom se baat hui.... Meri toh last baat kl afternoon mei hi hui thi....
Tae-: arey toh kya hua.... Aaj toh mom dad aarhe hai na fir.... Toh milkr dher saari baatein krlena.... Abhi chlo...
Jimin-: haa... Chlo....
Then both smiled first while looking at each other then adoring their wives....
Then taemin came and all 4 (taekook and yoonkook) sat inside the car..... Excitement filled the air..... They turned on the music and were vibing together.... Suga was driving while jimin was sitting beside him and taekook sitting together at back..... All 4 were so happy.... Giggling gossiping teasing with each other.... While they were about to reach the airport.... Tae' phone rang.... .seeing number of her dad she got excited & picked up the call quickly....
Tae-: (excitement) hello.... Dad.... Kaha phuche aap 2no....?? Aap dono aagye kya??
Police-: hello....Kya aap tae bol rhi hai....?? Mai police officer baat krrha hoo.... Voh yha BABATPUR airport pr jo Mr and mrs kim ka private jet land hone wala tha.... uska technical ya kisi vjh se uss mei pure mei aag lggyi hai jiss vjh se pura jet blast hogya hai....
Listening this tae was totally shocked and broken.... Tears started flowing from her eyes.....
Tae-: (while getting shocked+crying) k.... Kya.... Jet blast.....?? Aap yeh kya bol rhe ho....?? Aise kaise hoskta hai....
Police-: Ji.... Aur itna bura jet Blast hua hai jet mei aag lggyi hai.... Uske ander 2 dead bodies paayi gyi hai.... Jet blast ke vjh se dono dead bodies buri tarah se pura jal kr rakh hogyi hai.... Vha sb jal gya bs yeh phone mila jisme sbse pehle aapka no. Mila tae ke naam se toh hmne aapko call krdiya.... Aap please aakr dono dead bodies ko lejaiye aur inka antim sanskar kr dijiye... Vaise toh puri bodies already jall kr rakh hochuki hai.... But still.....
Listening this tae completely broke down and started crying hard..... kookie and yoonmin were still confused.... Seeing her crying kookie got worried......
Jungkook-: (panicking) kya hua bchcha....?? Tum ro kyu rhi ho....??
Tae-: (crying+sobbing) v...voh.... Jet.... Jet blast....
And again started crying.....
Seeing her like this.... Kookie took phone from her and call back on the last dialed no..... Again police officer picked up the call
Jungkook-: hello....
Police-: hello.... Aap kaun....?? Mai police officer baat krrha hoo.... Voh yha BABATPUR airport pr jet landing ke time jet blast hogya h....
Jungkook-: (shocked) what....?? Jet blast....?? Kaise....??
Police-: ji... Pta nhi.... Aur itna bura jet Blast hua hai jet mei aag lggyi hai.... Uske ander 2 dead bodies paayi gyi hai.... jungkook-: (panicked) j... Ji.... Mai aata hoo....
Then call cut.... Then jungkook told everything to yoonmin while tae was just crying like a baby.....listening this yoonmin were shocked.....
Jimin-: (shocked+ disbelief) aise kaise mom dad ka jet blast ho skta hai.... Tumne abhi bola na ki dead bodies jali hui hai toh zroori toh nhi voh mom dad ki hi ho.... Mai maan hi nhi skti.... Mom dad ki dead hui hai....
Suga immediately held her shoulders. Jimin immediately pushed him away....
Jimin-: dekhna abhi hum ander jayenge toh mom dad hmara ander bhut sare gifts ke saath hmara wait krrhe honge....
Suga didn’t stop her. Didn’t react.
He just pulled her into his arms tightly.
Suga-: Jimin… please khud ko sambhalo.... Hum aise kamzor pdenge toh tae ko kaise sambhalenge.... Mom dad ke jane ke baad ab humei hi tae ka khyaal rkhna hoga na....
Jimin broke down.... Completely.....
Tae collapsed on her knees.
Tae-: Mumma…
Her voice barely audible.
Tae-: Papa…
Jungkook immediately knelt beside her.
Jungkook-: Tae….... bachcha...... Please listen to me…
Tae shook her head violently.
Tae-: Mujhe unke paas jaana hai… mujhe jaana hai…
Jungkook pulled her into his arms....Tightly.
Jungkook-: (wiping her tears) shh.... Hum hai na.... Hum hai....
Tae cried like a child..... Uncontrollably.
Tae-: nhi.... Mujhe unke pass jana hai.... Please mujhe unke pass le chlo....
Jungkook closed his eyes...... Holding her closer.....
Then yoonkook took taemin inside.... The smell of burnt metal. Smoke still lingering.
Ambulance lights flashing. Tae and Jimin stood frozen. Two covered bodies in front of them..... White sheets..... Silence.
Jimin whispered—
Jimin-: Nahi…
Tae’s grip on Jungkook tightened. Her entire body shaking. Officer slowly lifted the sheet slightly..... Burnt. Unrecognizable.
But enough.
Jimin screamed.
Jimin-: mummaa....
She collapsed. Suga caught her instantly.
Suga-: Jimin!
She cried hysterically.
Jimin-: Papa… uthiye na… please…
Tae didn’t scream.... She just stared.
Blank..... Tears silently rolling down.
Tae-: Mumma…
A soft whisper.
Tae-: Aapne promise kiya tha…
Her voice broke.
Tae-: Aap wapas aaoge… aapne apna promise kyu toda...
She suddenly gasped—
And broke down completely.
Tae-: (crying) Mumma.... Papa.... Please utho na...
Jungkook held her tightly as she cried into his chest.
Jungkook-: bchcha… bas…
His own voice strained.
Jungkook-: Hum hai…
But she couldn’t hear. Neither could Jimin.
Jimin clutched Suga’s shirt.
Jimin-: Mujhe bhi le jao… mujhe bhi aapdono ke sath jana hai....
Suga tightened his hold.
Suga-: Aisa mat bolo.....
Jimin-: Aap dono bhut bure ho.... Aap dono bachpan mei bhi akele ghumne chle jate the.... Aur bolte the ghr aur tae ka khyaal rkhna.... Pr tb voh kuchh ghnte ya din ke liye jate the.... Toh mai kaise bhi krke sambhal leti thi.... Pr ab.... Ab toh aap dono fir se mere upar tae ghr aur business sbka khyaal rkhne ke liye chhod kr chle gye ab mai aap dono ke bina sb kaise manage krungi.... mai toh aap dono ke bina kuch nhi hoo.... Mera toh ab aap dono ke sath sb khtm hogya.... Ab mere pass kuch nhi bacha.... Mujhe aap dono ko kitna kuch btana tha.... 1 mahine mei kya hua.... Sb share krna tha.... Ab mai kiske sath share krungi.... Kisko sb btaungi....
Suga’s eyes darkened.
Suga-: Main hoon.
A pause.
Suga-: Main hoon tumhare paas.
Jimin cried harder.
Then suddenly— Her body went limp.
Suga-: Jimin?!
She fainted.
On the other side—
Tae’s cries slowly turned into silence.
Her body weakened.
Jungkook-: Tae…?
She looked up at him.... Eyes empty.
Tae-: Sab khatam ho gaya…
And she collapsed.
Jungkook caught her instantly.
Jungkook-: TAE!
Two sisters..... Broken.
Lifeless in their husbands’ arms.
Suga held Jimin tightly, his jaw clenched.
Jungkook held Tae like she might disappear....
Jungkook whispered softly—
Jungkook-: this is not normal accident/ technical issues.... (Pause) this was full fledged plan.... Yeh kisi ne jaan boojhkr mom dad ka jet kisi ne blast krwaya hai....
His voice darker now.
Jungkook-: Aur jisne yeh kiya hai…
A pause..... His eyes turned cold.
Jungkook-: Main usse zinda nahi chhodunga.
The air turned heavy.... Because this wasn’t just loss anymore..... It was war.
Suga-: sahi bol rha hai.... Filhal.... Tae aur jimin ko hospital le chlte hai.... For dad se baat krke aagey ka plan krte hai....
Kookie nodded.... Then they informed everything in the jeon mansion.... Then took taemin to the hospital....
