The first rays of sunlight crept through the gauzy curtains, painting the room in a soft golden hue. The fragrance of fresh mogra still lingered faintly from last night, mixing with the warm scent of sandalwood candles that had burned low.

The room was peaceful — except for one sound.

A low murmur. Then a small, sleepy giggle.

Jimin stirred under the light quilt, eyes fluttering open. The first thing she saw was suga, sitting on the edge of the bed, hair messy, wearing a white kurta, holding a tray with two cups of coffee and a plate of toast.

Jimin (sleepy voice): suga… you woke up early?

Suga (smiling): Someone had to make sure Mrs. Jeon doesn’t skip breakfast on her first morning home.

Jimin (soft laugh): Mrs. Jeon… that sounds strange.

Suga (teasing): Get used to it. You’re stuck with me now.

Jimin sat up slowly, pulling the shawl around her shoulders. Her cheeks were still slightly flushed from the warmth of the night before.

Suga (handing her coffee): Here. Just the way you like it — 2 spoon sugar, extra milk.

Jimin (grinning): You remember?

Suga (smirking): I remember everything about you.

Jimin smiled softly, sipping the coffee. She looked around — the petals from last night were still scattered, the candles half-melted. Everything felt surreal, like a dream she wasn’t ready to wake from.

Jimin (murmuring): I still can’t believe it’s real.

Suga (quietly): It’s as real as this coffee. And I plan on making you one every morning.

Jimin (raising an eyebrow): You? Making coffee every morning?

Suga (grinning): Okay, maybe every alternate morning.

They both laughed — the kind of laughter that fills a home with warmth.

Then, Suga leaned back slightly, eyes softening as he looked at her.

Suga (gently): You slept well?

Jimin (nodding): Hmm… you didn’t?

Suga: I couldn’t. I kept waking up just to check if you were okay.

Jimin (smiling shyly): You worry too much.

Suga: That’s not going to change.

He reached out, brushing a strand of hair from her face. His touch was feather-light, reverent.

Suga (softly): You know… I’ve seen a lot in life. But nothing compares to waking up next to you.

Jimin (blushing): You’re being too sweet today.

Suga (pretending to sigh): I know. It’s exhausting.

Jimin (giggling): Stop teasing me!

Suga: Never.

He leaned forward and pressed a soft kiss to her forehead.
The quiet hum of the morning wrapped around them — just the sound of birds outside and their hearts beating in sync.

Jimin (softly): You should go get ready. Isse pehle mom dad hum dono ko neeche bulaye

Suga (mock groan): Right. Facing family in the morning after the wedding night… terrifying.

Jimin (laughing): You’re scared?

Suga: Of your family? No. Of my family? Always..... Especially taekook.... Bhut chidhayenge yaar....

They both laughed again.

But before they could stand up — a sharp knock echoed on the door.

Tae (from outside, sing-song voice): Good morning newlyweds! Are you both alive?

Jimin (face turning red): Tae!

Suga (sighing dramatically): Of course she’d show up now.

The door opened a little, and Tae’s face peeked in, her eyes glimmering mischievously.

Tae (grinning): So… kl raat kaise rhi.... Dono soye ya nhi....

Jungkook-: come on baby.... Suhagraat mei kaun sota hai....

Jimin (throwing a pillow): kookie......

Tae (dodging, laughing): Okay okay! Hum toh aapko bulane aaye hai.... Chliye neeche.... Mom Dad are calling you both for breakfast.....

Behind her, kookie appeared, leaning against the doorframe with his usual smirk.

Jungkook (teasing): bhaiya you look… well-rested.

Suga (dryly): And you look like someone who’s about to get banned from this room forever.

Jungkook (innocently): Mai toh aapka pyara sa chhota bhai hoo na.... Aap mujhe ban kroge.... Not fair....[making cute innocent face like baby and saying while pouting]

Suga-: innocent.....?? Aur tu....?? 2 complete opposite sentence hogya yeh toh......

Jimin-: tu kb aayi....??

Tae-: just abhi....

Jungkook-:(giving evil smile)  acha bhai bhabhi.... Btao na kl kya Kya kiya....

Listening this both blushed.....

Tae (dragging kooke’s hand): Okay, kookie, come on. Let them breathe.

Jungkook: But I wanted to—

Tae (interrupting): —Not now!

She shut the door dramatically, leaving Yoonmin blushing in embarrassed laughter.

Jimin (hiding her face): They’ll never let us live peacefully.

Suga (smirking): I don’t mind. At least I got to see you smile like this.

Jimin looked up, eyes glowing softly in the morning light.

Jimin: You always say things that make my heart flutter.

Suga (teasing): Then it’s working.

He reached out, gently holding her hand.

Suga (quietly): Ready to start our day?

Jimin (nodding): With you? Always.

They stood up together, and as Jimin adjusted her dupatta, Suga slipped his hand into hers.

Suga (softly): Let’s go, Mrs. Jeon. The world’s waiting to see our happily ever after forever.....

Jimin (smiling, whispering): As long as it’s with you, it’ll always be happy.

They walked out, hand in hand — laughter echoing down the hall, sunlight following them like a blessing.

Downstairs, entire family  was waiting with their wide smile and Taekook whispering jokes that made Jimin blush all over again.

Both came and sat together on chair.....

Yoonmin-: good morning mom dad....

Namjin-: good morning babies.... Slept well...

Listening this taekook giggled.... Seeing them giggling yoonmin blushed.....

Nam-: [giving envelop] yeh lo beta....

Suga-: what's this dad....??

Nam-: a small gift.... Kl tumdono paris jaarhe ho for honeymoon......

Hearing this yoonmin got happy and excited...... While taekook gave them naughty smiles teasing them....

Taekook-: oyehoye.... Kya baat hai..... Aapke toh mze hi mze hai.....

Hearing them.... They both blushed.....

Jungkook-: sahi hai.... Jaao ghumo.... Kl se hmei toh college jana hai.... Student ki classes start hogyi hai.... Aur fir tae IU ke bhi ab  research ke last ke kuch mahine bche hai.... Toh ab toh fir sb busy hojayenge.....

Tae-: wait.... What....??  Last ke kucchh mahine....?? Yeh kb hua....??

Jungkook-: Arey.... Ab bs 6 mahina hi bcha hai na tumhare PhD complete hone mei.... I hope tumne apna thesis likhna start krdiya hai.... Agr nhi kiya toh ab krdo.... Its high time aur likh kr 1-1 chapter mujhse check krwate jao......

Tae-: Haa voh toh start krdiya hai likhna.... Introduction, review aim objective, hypothesis and questionnaire sb bngya hai..... Aapse check bhi toh krayi thi di jiju ke shadi ke pehle.... Bhul gye....

Jungkook-: haa.... Pr tum boli thi yeh rough hai.... Usme kuchh changes bhi toh maine kiye the.... Voh sb krke ab final dikhana kl tk mei.... Fir Field work bhi start krna hai tumhara....

Tae-: Field work....?? Kyu....??

Jungkook-: baby data collection.... Voh kaun krega.....?? Uske liye field work toh mandatory hai......

Tae-: arey pr sir.... Mera toh education pr hai na.... Toh fieldwork ki zroort hi kya hai.... Questionnaire ya google form bnakr sbko WhatsApp ya mail krdungi.... Aur sb fill krke bhejdenge..... Aur mera research aisa hai ki mujhe toh yhi mere kitne sare participants milgye..... Toh jb kaam ghr baithe hoskta hai toh Field pr jana hi kyu hai....??

Jungkook-: haa voh toh hai.... But department ne notice nikala hai ki PhD ke sare researchers ka field work se hi data collection hoga.... Tum questionnaire aur google form sbko bhej dena.... Pr minimum 10 logo ka interview toh tumko lena hi pdega....

Tae-: ok.... 10 logo ka interview lena hai na.... Ok....

Then she looked at the entire family which were sitting and having their breakfast....

Tae-: ok guys.... Ek chhotti so request hai.... Jaisa aap sbne suna sir ne bola mujhe mere research keliye 10logo ka interview krna hoga toh.... Please aap sb mere participants bn jana.... Aap sb jb bhi free hoge mujhe btana mai aaplogo ka chhota sa interview lungi for my data collection.... Aur mai aapko questionnaire bhi dungi toh usko bhi fill krke mujhe dedena.....

Jk-: ok.... Done....

Hobi dadi-: theek hai gudiya....

Nam-: ok beta jaisa tum bolo sb hoga....

Jin-: theek hai beta.... Jb bolo tb interview dedenge.....

Jhope,sugar and IU-: (unison) iss kaam keliye toh hum hmesha hi free hai....

jimin-: (giggled) ok done.... Kbhi bhi lelena interview....

Suga-: google form bhej dena hum fill krke bhej denge.... 

Tae-: see.... Yhi dekhiye 10 se zyada participants hogye mere..... Mujhe bahar jane ki kya zroort hai.... Aur voh bhi different age groups, subjects ke.....

Jungkook-: (raising his eyebrows) mtlb tum fieldwork bilkul nhi krogi...... ??

Tae-: (giggled) nhi.... Aur aapko kya hai.... Data toh collect horha hai na.... Fir mai ghr pr reh kr kru ya bahar kya hi farak pdta hai.....

Jungkook-: ok fine..... Bs time se thesis likh kr submit krdena.... Thats all I want.....

IU-: arey baapre.... Asli PhD research toh tae hi krrhi hai aur bhai krwa rhe hai.... Din raat chahe ghr ho college ho ya library dono lge rhte hai.... Aur idhr mai hoo.... Mere advisor eid ka chand hai..... Hmesha gayab.... Mahine mei 1baar dikh gyi toh bhut bdi baat hai.... Pta nhi mera kya hoga

Jungkook-: teri advisor kaun hai....??

Tae-:(giggled) aruna ma'am....

Jungkook-: ohh.... Fir toh problem hai.... Tu HOD sir se baat krona.... Bolo aruna ma'am ko bulaye dept....

IU-: kitni baar boli hoo.... HOD phone krte hai.... Toh ma'am bahana maar deti hai beemaar hai seminar mei hai etc.... Aur ulta humlog pr aajata hai ki hum serious nhi hai apne PhD keliye.... Jbki unko mail kro WhatsApp kro seen krke chhod deti hai.... Kuchh bolti hi nhi hai...

Jungkook-: acha don't worry.... Mai HOD sir se baat krta hoo.... Baki kuch doubt ho toh mere pass aana.... Tae ke sath tumhara hi thesis krwa dunga....

IU-: ok bhaiya....

Jin-: acha bs..... Yeh thesis.... research... Sb apne college mei krna.... Atleast yha toh relax hokr breakfast kro....

then continued  having their breakfast.... Then after having their breakfast both dads and jk went out for some work.... While taekook helped yoonmin in packing their stuffs for their honeymoon.....

It wasn’t just a new morning.
It was the beginning of a lifetime — made of love, laughter, and a thousand little moments just like this.

At night.... 9pm.....

Then jungkook dropped tae at her home as her parents already left for their work.... After dropping tae at her home.....

Jungkook-: (kissing her lips) ok jaan.... Mai chlta ho.... Kl ready rhna.... I'll come and pick you up by 10am.... Fir university sath jayenge....

Tae-: ok.... Ache se jana.... Drive safe

Jungkook-: ok baby.... Bye.... Love you.....

Then he sat inside the car and went to his home.....
