The place where she truly belong

The room had changed without anyone noticing.

Earlier, it had been a meeting room.
Now, it felt like a living room—messy, warm, loud with laughter, filled with the kind of comfort that only comes when people stop being careful with each other.

That was when Jungkook decided she’d been sitting still for far too long.

He grabbed her wrist gently but decisively.
Nope,” he said.
You danced once. That’s not enough.”

She gasped softly.
“Jungkook bhai—!”

Too late.

He was already pulling her up, excitement radiating off him like electricity.
Come on,” he insisted.
You don’t just have rhythm like that and sit quietly.”

Jin sighed loudly from the table.
“Why are you always forcing people?”

Jungkook grinned.
“Hyung, I’m helping her socialize.”

Yoongi muttered, “That’s not what forcing means.”

Music started again—this time faster, louder.

She hesitated, instinctively stepping back.
“I’m not trained like you,” she said softly.

Jungkook shook his head immediately.
“That’s why it’s fun.”

He demonstrated a simple step, exaggerated and playful, clearly trying not to intimidate her, “Just follow.”

She laughed, nervous—but she followed.

At first, her movements were small. Careful. Almost apologetic.

Then Hoseok clapped in rhythm.
“That’s it! Don’t think— just feel!”

Something clicked.

Her shoulders relaxed. Her hands moved freely. Her feet stopped hesitating. She danced—not to impress, not to perform—but the way she always had, alone in her room, with BTS songs playing through cheap earphones.

Jimin watched with a soft smile.
“She dances like she’s telling a story,” he whispered.

Taehyung nodded, “She is telling one.”

Jungkook stopped suddenly, staring at her.
“…You’re enjoying this.”

She laughed breathlessly, “Yes.... Alot.”

“That’s all I wanted,” he said simply.

The moment the music ended, Jin was already standing.
Enough exercise & dancing ,” he announced, “ Now.... Dessert time.”

She blinked.
There’s more food?”

Yes,” he said proudly.
“And you will eat it all.”

A dessert plate appeared in front of her.

She laughed softly, “Jin bhaiya, I really—”

Eat,” he said gently.

Jungkook leaned over, teasing.
She’s going to get spoiled.”

Jin’s head snapped up instantly.

He smiled sweetly.
Anyone who teases her,” he said calmly,
doesn’t get dessert.”

Silence.

Jungkook felt betrayed....., "hyung this is not done...." said Dramatically while looking at him,
" you can't do this to me...."

"I can do this...." Jin smirked

Taehyung giggled,
" he's playing hyung card"

Jungkook slowly leaned back.
“…She can eat peacefully.”

She stared at Jin, stunned—and then smiled, eyes soft.
“Thank you bhaiya....,” she whispered.

He nodded like it was the most natural thing in the world.

Later, when the room grew quieter, Yoongi sat beside her without announcing it.

“You write,” he said simply.

She looked up, surprised, “Yes.”

Lyrics,” he clarified.

She nodded slowly, “Sometimes.”

He leaned back, arms crossed.
“Write something. Not for us. For you.”

Her breath caught, “…Now?”

“Yes.”

So she did. Not loudly. Not dramatically.
She scribbled a few lines in her notebook—English and Hindi blending naturally, emotion spilling out without permission.

Yoongi read it silently. Then he handed it back, “You don’t write to impress,” he said quietly, “You write to survive.... To express your feelimgs to express your heart out....”

She swallowed.

“That’s the best kind,” he added.

RM approached her with determination written all over his face.
“Teach me a full sentence,” he said.
One that matters.”

She thought for a moment.

Then smiled.

Say—'Hum sb ek pariwar hai'....”

He repeated carefully, slower this time.
“Hum… sab… 1 parivaar… hai.”

Her eyes widened, “That was perfect.”

Jin frowned.
“What did he say?”

She translated softly.
“He said—‘we are 1 family.’”

The room went still.

RM nodded once, serious, “ true....I meant it..... We're 1 happy family

A knock came at the door.

Staff peeked in, asking something politely.

Before she could even react, Jin answered.

She’s with us,” he said firmly.

RM added calmly,
Our baby sister.”

No hesitation. No explanation. Just truth.

The staff smiled warmly, nodded—and treated her differently from that moment on. Not like a guest. But Like family. The Exact Moment She Realizes She Belongs
It happened quietly. Not during laughter.
Not during music.
But when she sat there, surrounded by half-empty plates, tangled conversations, different languages overlapping—and realized something profound:
She wasn’t trying to be seen anymore.
She was seen. She wasn’t careful with her words. She wasn’t scared of taking space.
She wasn’t wondering if she mattered.
She mattered. Thirteen years ago, she called them bhaiya through a screen.
Now, seven men stood around her without thinking—protective, teasing, warm. She pressed her hand lightly against her chest.
And finally understood:
She didn’t wait thirteen years to meet BTS.
She waited thirteen years to come home.
