The Night of Fire and Roar

Dusk at BHU

The sun dipped low over the Ganga, painting Varanasi in hues of gold and crimson. The soft murmur of temple bells drifted across the city as Ishki Singhania carefully tucked her notes into her tote bag. Her lectures at Banaras Hindu University had ended, and she was walking toward the campus exit, her light saree swaying with every careful step.

Shy, reserved, and always gentle with her students, she seemed like any other ordinary professor. But today, a subtle unease crept into her heart. Rajveer had texted her earlier:

“Meri jaan, come home safe. Don’t take any detours. I’ll be late.”

She smiled softly, the words warming her chest, unaware that his warning was a premonition. Her mind barely had time to wonder why the chauffeur wasn’t waiting when a black SUV slid silently beside her.

The Kidnapping

Before she could react, two hands clamped over her mouth and pulled her into the vehicle. The leather-scented interior was cold and suffocating. Her tote bag was ripped away, her phone shattered as it hit the pavement.

“Ishki…?” she tried to cry out, but her voice was muffled.

A dark-hooded figure pressed against her, binding her wrists tightly. Panic surged through her as the vehicle roared away into the streets of Varanasi. Rajveer… he will come… he has to…

But she didn’t know yet that Rajveer’s world was far darker, far deadlier, than she could imagine.

The King Learns of the Threat

At the Singhania mansion, Rajveer sat in his study, calmly reviewing departmental papers. A sudden knock — sharp, precise — signaled something far beyond ordinary trouble.

Samar entered first, his face grave. Mihir followed, eyes dark with warning.

“Kya hua?” Rajveer’s voice was a cold blade.

Bhabhi… she’s been taken,” Samar said.

A shiver ran through the room. Rajveer’s glass of whiskey shattered in his hand, the calm veneer slipping to reveal the storm beneath.

Where?”

“Outside BHU gate. Black SUV. No plates. Driver is one of Raghav Thakur’s men.”

Raghav Thakur — the old rival, the man who had never forgiven the Singhanias. His grudge had festered for decades, and now he had finally dared to attack their queen.

Raghav thakur

Rajveer rose. Calm gave way to controlled fury. “Mihir, mobilize every contact. Samar, release the twins.”

The Lions Awaken

From their steel enclosure, Zaar and Zara, the lion couple, stepped forward. Golden fur rippling, muscles coiled, amber eyes glowing. They growled low, a sound that shook the floor beneath them.

“Mumma ko dhoondh ke lao,” Samar whispered.

The lions’ ears twitched. They understood. Their queen — their mother — was in danger. Nothing would stop them.

Inside the Enemy’s Lair

The warehouse was cold and dark, smelling of oil and rust. Ishki’s hood was removed, and fluorescent lights made her squint.

Raghav Thakur, scarred and cruel, stepped forward. “Professor madam, your husband destroyed my empire. Tonight, let’s see if he can save you.”

Ishki froze. Empire? My Rajveer… a professor? The pieces didn’t fit. Panic surged, and tears blurred her vision.

The Hunt Begins

Rajveer’s convoy cut through the streets with precision. Mihir on his bike led the charge, Samar coordinating drones and intelligence. Every underworld contact owed loyalty to the Singhanias; tonight, they hunted for one woman: Ishki.

“Warehouse near Shivpur. Heavy guard. Your wife is there,” came the report.

Rajveer’s smile was dark, lethal. “Let’s bring her home.”

Infiltration – Shadow and Steel

The convoy stopped 200 meters away. Rajveer stepped into the shadows alone.

“Mihir, east gate. Silent kills. Samar, west approach. Cut power.”

21:14: Two guards fell silently to Mihir’s silencer.

21:15: Samar plunged the warehouse into darkness, emergency lights sputtering.

21:16: Zaar and Zara were released. Their roars shattered the night, moving like golden lightning, taking down the enemy with lethal precision.

Fire and Fury

Rajveer kicked in the front doors. Beretta barked, bullets precise, deadly. Men fell before they could react. Inside, chaos erupted: screams, gunfire, and the deep, terrifying growls of the lions.

Raghav had Ishki by the arm, knife at her throat.

A single shot from Rajveer shattered his wrist. The knife clattered. Rajveer closed in, dagger at Raghav’s throat.

“You touched what’s mine,” he growled. Swiftly, Raghav collapsed, defeated.

The Final Wrath

The Singhanias weren’t done. Mihir and Samar secured the perimeter. Zaar and Zara moved methodically, hunting every last enemy.

"You touched our bhabhi.... Our queen.... Now you all have to die.... I'll destroy your entire empire.... I'll burn you all alive..... So that you can't harm her again"..... Samar said furiously while grinning his teeth in anger

Rajveer’s men set fire to the enemy’s warehouse, flames devouring the empire Raghav had built over decades. Smoke rose into the night, turning streets orange and black. The Singhanias’ message was clear: their enemies could never threaten Ishki again.

Return to the Queen

In the convoy, Ishki clung to Rajveer, trembling. “They… they said things… about you,” she whispered.

“They were lies. They were never true,” he murmured, stroking her hair. “Nothing can touch you. Not ever.”

The fierce, ruthless killers of the underworld melted into gentle protectors before her. Even Zaar and Zara, after bringing down the enemy, curled up beside her, panting, tails flicking nervously — no longer terrifying beasts, but her “babies,” wary and submissive before their queen.

Mihir and Samar moved around silently, eyes alert, but their demeanor softened. They, too, feared nothing except letting harm touch her.

Morning After – Quiet Power

Sunlight filtered into the mansion. Ishki sat at the breakfast table with Misha, trying to appear normal. The laughter of her friends masked the tremor in her chest.

Mihir and Samar handled the security updates, checking every street, every contact. Zaar and Zara lounged nearby, alert yet submissive, their primal ferocity softened by the presence of Ishki.

Rajveer watched her from the doorway, expression unreadable. The world outside feared him, but in front of his queen, he was her shadow — protective, gentle, obsessive.

Ishki felt the unease linger. Something about last night couldn’t be forgotten. But in that moment, she allowed herself to be cradled in their power, their love, their obsession — unaware of the full scale of darkness her family wielded.

Shadows of Fire, Threads of Love

As the mansion settled into calm, the fire of last night still burned silently in the city’s edge. The enemy’s empire destroyed, their threat obliterated, the Singhanias returned to their dual lives: ruthless kings of the underworld, soft and utterly devoted to their queen.

Even Zaar and Zara, mighty and feared, now circled Ishki gently, purring low, afraid to harm her, loving her with every ounce of their fierce loyalty.

The family’s empire would stand for decades, feared by all, but safe for the one person who ruled their hearts: Ishki Singhania.
