Scene 1 – The Palace Awakens
The Singhania Palace, with its towering ivory walls and domed turrets, stood bathed in the warm gold of the late afternoon sun. Hundreds of strings of fairy lights draped from the balconies to the ground, twinkling like stars waiting for nightfall. The massive carved gates were framed with an arch of roses, white lilies, and marigolds, their scent mingling with the soft fragrance of sandalwood incense drifting from the inner courtyard.
Elephants, painted with intricate designs, stood proudly at the entrance, their trunks lifting as guests arrived. Turbaned attendants in gold and maroon uniforms welcomed each visitor with a sprinkle of rose petals and a silver thali of kumkum for the ceremonial tilak.
From the heart of the palace came the soft, soulful notes of the shehnai, weaving through the air like a blessing. The sound of anklets jingled as dancers in vibrant lehengas carried baskets of flowers, ready to shower blessings on the bride and groom.
It wasn’t just a wedding. It was a royal spectacle — a union the city would talk about for decades.
Scene 2 – The Bride’s Chambers
On the top floor of the east wing, Ishki sat in front of a carved teak mirror, her lehenga spreading out like a pool of molten red and gold. The fine zardozi embroidery shimmered under the soft glow of crystal chandeliers, and every movement made the tiny stones catch the light like sparks.
Her dupatta, sheer and delicate, was edged with pearls and tiny ruby beads. A maang tikka rested perfectly against her forehead, and her long lashes framed eyes that held excitement, nervousness, and a little disbelief.

Her mother, Anjali, in a silk saree the color of deep wine, adjusted the drape of Ishki’s dupatta with the kind of care only a mother could give.
Anjali (softly, her voice catching): "Meri beti… tu kitni badi ho gayi. Kal tak school ka bag leke bhaagti thi… aaj Singhania khandaan ki bahu ban rahi hai."
Ishki blinked rapidly, forcing a smile.
Ishki: "Maa, agar aap aise bolengi na… toh main ro dungi. Aur fir makeup kharab ho gaya toh Misha mujhe nahi chhodhegi."
At that moment, her father, Raghav, entered. His sherwani was cream silk, and his eyes — a mirror of Ishki’s — shone with pride and emotion. For a moment, he simply looked at her, as if memorising this sight for the rest of his life.
Raghav: "Meri gudiya… lagta hai aaj rajkumari ban ke baith gayi hai."
Ishki smiled through the lump in her throat, but before the moment could get too heavy, the door flung open.
Misha, Ishki’s best friend and Rajveer’s younger sister, swept in like a gust of pink chiffon and excitement. Her pastel lehenga shimmered, her hair decorated with baby’s breath flowers.
Misha: "Oh. My. God. You look like… like… if a goddess and a Bollywood heroine had a child."
Ishki (laughing): "Trust you to make even my wedding sound filmy."
They hugged tightly.
Misha (whispering): "Don’t forget, even though you’re marrying my brother, you’re mine first."
Ishki: "Always."
Scene 3 – The Groom’s Quarters
In the west wing, Rajveer stood in front of his mirror, adjusting the deep maroon stole draped over his ivory sherwani. The turban, held in place by a diamond-studded brooch, made him look every inch the royal heir he was.

Mihir, the middle sibling, fiddled with the brooch.
Mihir: "Bhai, sach bolun… Ishki ko tumse zyada handsome dulha milta hi nahi."
From the couch, Samar — the youngest, with his trademark mischievous grin — chimed in:
Samar: "Aur dulha toh perfect hai… bas time pe mandap aa jaaye."
Rajveer chuckled.
Their father, Rakesh Singhania, entered the room. His presence was regal, his posture straight, his eyes sharp — but the moment he looked at Rajveer, they softened.
Rakesh: "Rajveer… tumhara har faisla iss ghar ka naam banata hai. Aaj tum zindagi ka sabse bada faisla le rahe ho. Us ladki ka haath thaam rahe ho jo tumhara ghar banegi. Use apni izzat, pyaar, aur vachan dena."
Rajveer bent to touch his father’s feet.
Rajveer: "Main wada karta hoon, Papa."
Scene 4 – The Baraat
The palace gates burst into celebration as the baraat began. A procession of drummers beat their dhols in sync, dancers swirled in circles, and fireworks painted the twilight sky in gold and silver.
Rajveer rode in on a majestic white stallion, the reins braided in red silk. His smile was unshakable, his eyes bright with anticipation. Misha, Mihir, and Samar danced in front of the horse, pulling Rajveer down now and then to make him join.
Guests leaned from balconies, throwing petals from above. The air vibrated with music, laughter, and the click of cameras capturing every moment.
Scene 5 – The First Glimpse
Inside the palace, the crowd parted as Ishki appeared at the top of the marble staircase. Her lehenga shimmered under the chandeliers, her dupatta pinned delicately over her head. She held her father’s hand, each step bringing her closer to her new life.
Rajveer turned, and for a moment, the world seemed to fade. His gaze locked on her, and her shy smile deepened.
"Beautiful...... Haaye mera bchcha kitna pyara lgrha hai"..... Rajveer muttered himself.....
"Breathe rajveer breathe"..... Rajveer muttered while keeping his hand on his chest
Misha leaned toward Ishki as they paused at the bottom of the staircase.
Misha: "Careful, ishki. He’s already forgetting how to breathe."😉
Scene 6 – The Mandap
The mandap was a masterpiece — four golden pillars wrapped in garlands of white jasmine and red roses, under a dome of silk embroidered with peacocks. The sacred fire flickered at the center, casting a golden hue on their faces.
The kanyadaan began. Raghav took Ishki’s hand and placed it into Rajveer’s.
Raghav (softly): "Aaj se yeh meri beti nahi, tumhari zimmedari hai. Khush rakhna."
Rajveer met his eyes.
Rajveer: "Main apni jaan se zyada sambhaalunga."
Scene 7 – The Pheras
They began circling the sacred fire, each phera marking a vow.
First Phera: To provide for and support each other.
Rajveer glanced at her with a smile that said, "We’ll always have each other’s backs."
Second Phera: To grow together in strength and harmony.
Ishki’s fingers brushed against his, lingering for a heartbeat.
Third Phera: To preserve wealth and happiness.
Their eyes met — a silent promise.
Fourth Phera: To love and respect one another.
Rajveer mouthed, "Always."
Fifth Phera: To care for each other’s families.
Ishki glanced at Misha and smiled.
Sixth Phera: To live a healthy, peaceful life together.
Seventh Phera: To remain lifelong friends and partners.
They paused, eyes closing in unison, feeling the weight and beauty of their bond.
Scene 8 – Sindoor & Mangalsutra
Rajveer lifted her dupatta and filled her hairline with vermilion, his hands steady despite the thundering of his heart. He tied the mangalsutra around her neck, the tiny beads cool against her skin.
The priest’s voice rang out: "Aaj se aap pati-patni hue."
Petals rained down, conch shells blew, and the crowd erupted in cheers.
Scene 9 – Family Blessings
Misha hugged them both.
Misha: "My favourite human and my favourite brother — together. Finally!"
Mihir slapped Rajveer’s back.
Mihir: "Bhai, ab ghar mein ek aur boss aa gaya."
Samar grinned.
Samar: "Aur ek aur partner-in-crime."
Rakesh stood beside them, pride softening his regal features.
Rakesh: "Singhania parivaar ka naya adhyay shuru hua hai."
Scene 10 – Bidaai
Later, the courtyard was lit entirely in gold as the bidaai began. Ishki hugged her mother tightly, tears slipping down her cheeks.
Anjali: "Apne pyaar se apne sasural ko apna ghar bana lena, beti."
Rajveer stepped forward, resting his hand on her back.
Rajveer: "Maa-Baba, main wada karta hoon, Ishki hamesha khush rahegi."
As ishki and her family was crying and it was emotional moment.... So to lighten the moment rajveer's siblings{misha, mihir and samar} started chanting," bhabhi tum jhaadu lgwao..... hum tumhare saath hai.....
Bhabhi tum pochha lgwao hum tumhare sath hai....... Bhabhi tum bartan dhulwao..... Hum tumhare saath hai.... Bhabhi tum kapde dhulwao.... Hum tumhare saath hai".... Which made everyone laugh like a hell......
Meanwhile, "acha..... tumlog toh ishki ke saath ho.... Mujhse itna kaam krwane ke baad jo mai tum 3no ko kutunga fir tumhare sath kaun rhega.... Pehle yeh btao"😏.... Rajveer replied with a smirky smile.....
Which made everyone laugh even more..... Especially ishki she laughed like a cute baby.... Which made rajveer and his siblings smile and proud as they successfully made her laugh during her vidaayi.....
They left in a vintage royal car, garlands swaying, the palace shrinking in the distance.
Scene 11 – Epilogue: The Start of Forever
The moon bathed the road in silver. Ishki rested her head on Rajveer’s shoulder.
Ishki: "Itna shor-sharaba ho gaya… kab hum sirf hum banenge?"
Rajveer smiled, brushing a kiss against her forehead.
Rajveer: "Hum toh hamesha sirf hum hi rahe, Ishki."
The night swallowed their words, carrying them into their forever.
